Yesterday, we met at UNIVERSITÄT LEIPZIG for our interim project meeting. We successfully discussed planning, strategy, quality control, and the next steps for developing the #ViRAL #DopingPrevention game. We also had a lot of fun exploring #virtualrealitygames with a VR headset.
Mr. Ntovolis distributed leaflets with the project information to exercisers and competitive athletes participating in road marathons. Exercisers were excited about the idea of using VR games to be educated about doping and integrity in sports.
The AUTH team distributed leaflets to the football players. We informed athletes about the development of a VR program against doping and resented the results of the evaluation of the VIRAL program.
Many, many thanks to the Ministry of Sports Romania (Ministerul Sportului) and the organizers of the “Management of Sports Events” course for the opportunity to disseminate our project.
We are very glad to have been able to get together for our first in-person project meeting in Copenhagen yesterday. It has been such an inspiring experience to discuss the scenarios for #ViRAL, our #virtualreality #dopingprevention program.
